Upscale hotel with great views and amazing location close to stadium. Very very helpful and attentive staff, functional king room. Feather pillows, extremely comfy bed. Location just next door to the Silos and the Brazos River park and activities at the Convention Center. Fast check in and a great service throughout my stay. Very nice experience there.

location, beds were nice
I left an article of clothing in the room and they gave me the run around about returning it to me for a week and a half. I was initially told they had it (which i know they did because they described it to me). Then they acted like they didnt have it. I think they wanted to keep it before finally calling them a third time and they admitted to having it. They finally mailed it to me. Super untrustworthy.

Friendly staff.
Didn't have room we reserved, pool was dirty. Bathrooms were small and basic. No local information or hotel information in room. Overpriced.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.
No bar soap in bath/vanity area. Had to get it from front desk twice. No ice available on first floor except from breakfast bar. No Coke drinks available.

The GM was covering the bistro because the staff didn't come to work. Yes, that's what the GM told us. She did not know how to run the bistro. She took our order and then realized they didn't have any chicken or shrimp. The food, when it finally did come out was lukewarm to cold in temperature. After complaining, we were told the charge for the food would be reversed however that has still not happened.

The hotel's fantastic location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the friendly receptionist allowed for an early check-in, a nice touch. The experience was marred by a lack of follow-up regarding a promised credit due to a fall on the premises. While housekeeping staff were prompt in addressing issues like a non-working iron, the inconsistent customer service left something to be desired.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and spacious, perfect for my family. The decor was nice, and we felt comfortable throughout the stay. Only thing was we wished there were more charging ports. That was a bit of a hassle at times. It was a good experience with a lovely atmosphere.

Staff was very friendly. Location was wonderful.
keys didn't work, had to go back to front desk several times. couldn't access side doors. couldn't get into room. Dead end parking, after driving to end and finding no parking had to drive backwards all the way out the depth of entire hotel. If my wife was driving it would not have been pretty. We were given a joining room which means no sound barrier. we could hear everything that happened in next room and i am sure they could hear us. All the bulbs were very cold temperature giving the feel of a cheap fluorescent light motel.
